Yes. We provide secure, HIPAA‑compliant video sessions in addition to in‑person appointments.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 50 minutes. Your therapist will discuss cadence and duration based on your goals.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept several major plans (see above). Call us with your member ID and date of birth and we’ll verify benefits.

What if I need to cancel?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late‑cancellation fee.
